TPW Metal Finishing currently has 1 opening for a Metal Finishing Apprentice. This is a great opportunity to learn a trade and real world skills that are AI safe. Apprentice candidates must be dependable, conscientious and have a keen eye for detail. Basic competencies of math and science are required. The position will require moderate manual labor; consisting of walking, standing, and lifting no more than 50lbs but normally 5 to 15 pounds. Metal Finishing Apprentice will be paired with an experienced metal finisher for a complete training program to teach the skills associated with anodizing, electroplating, and immersion coatings. There will be an emphasis on working smart and efficient as this is critical to the company's goal of producing high quality coatings in a timely fashion.
