We are looking for a 2nd Shift Powder Coater for our Pflugerville, TX facility.

(3:30pm to 12:00am; M-F)

Primary Responsibilities:

Applies powder on parts/assemblies in accordance with product specifications Performs in-process checks to assure that the process is in control Unloads parts, part racks, and hooks from the line while visually inspecting completed parts Sets powder equipment for proper tolerances, color and feed rate Responsible for work preparation, clean up, and quality assurance of own work and work area Must be able to lift/push/pull 50+ lbs. Qualifications:

Possesses strong attention to detail for accurate and repeatable measurements, recording data and interpreting blueprints Understanding of metal types Strong work ethic, attendance, punctuality, and initiative A supportive team member who works collaboratively within a group. Comfortable working in a fast paced environment. Follows OSHA Requirements, Safety, Good Housekeeping and EVS Policies and Procedures.

Education and Experience:

Has a minimum of a High School diploma/GED 1+ year of manufacturing experience preferred At least 1 year of prior experience powder coating sheet metal.

Physical Demands:

Able to lift up to 50lbs Perform repetitive movements Bend and lift, loading and unloading work pieces into the machine, and move from one workstation to another, alternately sitting and standing We're an equal opportunity employer.
