Job Description

Job Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Final Trim Associate to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that finished products meet quality standards through precise trimming, inspection, and packaging processes. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, safety-conscious, and comfortable working with industrial equipment and materials handling. This position offers an engaging environment where attention to detail and adherence to manufacturing procedures are key to success.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Final Trim is a vital role in the daily operations of our facility. Within this role, there are a variety of roles and responsibilities. While performing the duties of PIT Operator, the employee is regularly exposed to wet and/or humid conditions with slippery surfaces; moving mechanical parts; fast paced warm/cool environment. Positions require standing the entire shift and the use of PPE is required in all areas of the facility.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Use knives and scissors to trim out salvage parts to comply with quality specifications Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures Join our team as a Final Trim Associate if you're passionate about manufacturing quality products while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment!
SHIFT / HOURS
1st Shift - 5:10AM - 2:10PM •
