About Us We are a small, fast-paced powder coating shop in Benton, WI that coats metal parts for manufacturers.
The Job Position:
2nd shift Powder Coater /
Spray Tech Schedule:
3:00 PM
  • 11:00 PM, Monday
Friday Pay:
Start $22/hr during training to $25/hr once you can independently run 2nd shift, hit quota, and not need supervision to do it.
Location:
Benton, WI (Must have reliable transportation) What You'll Be Doing Spray powder coat on metal parts in the booth using a spray gun Load and unload racks of parts Hit production target reliably of about 6 racks per night depending on size and complexity of the parts Wear a respirator and paint suit in the booth at all times Work in a hot, loud shop environment on your feet all shift Communicate clearly with the prep person about what you need and what's next Training & Growth 1-on-1 training directly with the owner on 2nd shift Most motivated individuals should be able to run the shift solo in 4-6 weeks Once you are solid and independent, we will hire you a dedicated helper on 2nd shift to assist in loading/unloading racks and prepping parts so you can keep the spray gun running as much as possible.
