Job Description

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing and industrial services, is seeking a dedicated Industrial Sandblaster to join their team. As an Industrial Sandblaster, you will be an essential part of the production support team, contributing to high-quality finishes and ensuring safety and efficiency in the workplace. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and a commitment to excellence, aligning successfully with the organization's standards and values.

  • 3:30pm What's the Job?
Operate sandblasting and surface preparation equipment to clean and treat customer parts Remove rust, scale, paint, grease, and contaminants using abrasive blasting methods Prepare parts for coating processes (masking, handling, staging, etc.) Set up and adjust blasting equipment (pressure, abrasives, nozzle settings) for different materials What's Needed? Sandblasting experience Ability to lift up to ~50 lbs and perform physically demanding work Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn equipment operation Strong attention to detail and quality standards Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and multitask Good teamwork and communication skills What's in it for me?
