Electro-Mechanical Technician (Food Manufacturing) Dan On Associates - 3.0 Fresno, CA Job Details Full-time $28 - $40 an hour 7 hours ago Benefits Tuition reimbursement Employee assistance program Professional development assistance Flexible schedule Qualifications Food processing plant Training & development Full Job Description Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Maintenance position is responsible for: identifying, designing, deploying and maintaining all industrial technology for automation and control solutions in the food manufacturing operation. The industrial technology will be used to improve safety, quality, production through, waste reduction, and continuous improvements.
Responsibilities:
Providing technical support for all manufacturing processes and systems in plant automation, electrical controls, robotics and instrumentation. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with motors, gearboxes, electrical panels, PLCs, sensors, pneumatics, hydraulics, and power transmission system. Read and interpret mechanical drawings, CAD designs, and electrical schematics. Develop and adhere to all engineering hardware and software standards for equipment integration, control hardware design and software development for both internal upgrades and new equipment installations. Develop & maintain an equipment reliability and optimal performance program including CMMS configuration for work order generation for preventative & predictive maintenance. Develop software applications and hardware architecture for plant floor control system integration. Perform employee training for equipment operation, cleaning and maintenance on site. Explain the function and performance of the equipment in classroom events and hands on at the machinery. Promote a safe working environment through compliance and understanding of Health & Safety, rules/standards and corporate policies and procedures. Acquire tools, materials, and documentation for planned or unplanned maintenance work. Perform any other duties assigned by management. Experience Degree or certification in electrical engineering.
Total Work Experience:
2 plus years Experience in the food industry, CPG, or manufacturing industry. Experience with equipment like Ishida, AC Horn, Trydine... Knowledge of advanced PLC programming
Pay:
$28.00 - $40.00 per hour
