# We Are Hiring # Sales Agronomist GPAC has teamed up with a well-known and reputable Agronomy Company in the area who is looking to add an Experienced Retail Sales Agronomist to their team. Sales Agronomist Responsibilities:
Make fertilizer, chemical and seed recommendations to growers and farmers You will work alongside other agronomists to carry out daily responsibilities Facilitate positive long-term relationships with customers to create and promote long-term repeat business Prepare sales presentations, contracts and proposals to ensure successful transactions Forecast supply requirements by month and annual basis Perform a variety of agronomic duties independently Keep up to date on all agronomy services and technology.
Sales Agronomist Qualifications:
3+ years of agronomy related experience A degree in Agronomy/Agriculture Self-motivated, ability to work independently and with a team Must be CCA certified and PCA licensed Able to advise on Almonds, Pistachios, Citrus, Cotton, Corn, and more Candidates with established grower/farmer relationships will be priortized Must have a valid U.S. driver's license Please submit a current resume for consideration.
