Whether you're preparing fresh ingredients, operating POS systems, or assisting customers with their orders, your contribution will be vital to our success. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop culinary skills and gain valuable experience in the food industry. Responsibilities Prepare and assemble a variety of sandwiches and food items according to established recipes and quality standards Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, kitchen equipment, and dining areas in compliance with food safety regulations Manage food inventory levels, restock supplies, and assist with food handling duties to ensure freshness and availability Support team members with bussing tables, cleaning stations, and ensuring a smooth flow during busy hours Follow all safety procedures related to food handling, sanitation, and equipment operation to uphold health standards Skills Proven experience in food preparation within quick service or fast-food restaurants is highly desirable Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient transaction processing Culinary background with knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and inventory management Experience working in a café or retail grocery store environment is a plus, not required.
