Duties Greet customers warmly and assist with their food and beverage selections in a quick-service setting Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process retail sales transactions accurately Prepare simple food items following safety and sanitation standards, including food handling and bussing duties Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities Manage cash handling responsibilities with precision, ensuring accurate math and register balances Maintain cleanliness of the counter area, including sanitation of surfaces, utensils, and equipment Support food safety management practices by adhering to health regulations and proper food handling procedures Experience Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments preferred Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable Background in food preparation, food service, or the food industry is a plus Retail sales transactions experience, including cashiering and upselling techniques Strong time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and basic math for cash handling Experience working in a café or grocery store setting is beneficial Embark on a rewarding journey where your energy fuels exceptional customer experiences!
