Job Description

Agricultural Service Technician -
Full-Time Burnips Equipment Company Pay:
$16.00 - $35.00 per hour (based on experience) Burnips Equipment is a family-owned agricultural equipment dealer specializing in top brands like New Holland, Claas, Meyer, and Kuhn. We are looking for a skilled and motivated Agricultural Service Technician to join our Service Repair Team. If you enjoy hands-on work, problem-solving, and working with agricultural equipment, this is a great opportunity to grow your career.
What You'll Do:
Troubleshoot and repair electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems Diagnose issues and provide accurate estimates for parts and labor Perform equipment inspections and recommend preventative repairs to reduce downtime Complete repairs according to OEM specifications using service manuals Collaborate with the parts department to ensure accurate parts ordering Document all work performed with clear and detailed service reports Work both independently and as part of a team
What We're Looking For:
Mechanical aptitude with experience in agricultural, diesel, or heavy equipment (preferred) Ability to diagnose and repair complex equipment systems Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Willingness to complete online and in-person training Own basic hand tools (specialty tools provided) Reliable and team-oriented Why Join Burnips Equipment?
