Full Job Description Job Overview NOTE:

Join our team as a Scoop Shop Production Assistant, where your enthusiasm and attention to detail will create a fun experience for our customers! This paid position offers a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable food industry experience while working in a fun, fast-paced setting. Responsibilities Serve customers with a friendly smile, efficiently scooping gelato and managing sales transactions using POS systems such as Square. Prepare and maintain gelato flavors, including measuring recipes, churning and packaging gelato. Prepare bakery, espresso drink, and other drink items. Keep the work area clean and sanitized, following proper sanitation and food handling procedures. Maintain excellent customer service by addressing questions, serving with enthusiasm, and ensuring a positive experience for all guests. Skills Experience in food preparation, food service, or retail environments is highly desirable. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks swiftly during busy hours. Proven ability to provide outstanding customer service in quick service or fast-food settings. Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling techniques. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and managing transactions accurately. Previous ice cream, coffee shop, or restaurant experience is a plus This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to develop their baking and barista skills while delivering memorable customer experiences in a lively environment!

Pay:

$13.00 - $18.00 per hour
