Field Service Technician - Food Equipment

Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and repair commercial kitchen refrigeration and HVAC systems. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues using schematics and mechanical knowledge. Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service delivery. Maintain accurate service records and documentation for all repairs and installations. Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards while on-site.

Qualifications:

Proficient in refrigeration and HVAC systems. Strong mechanical knowledge and experience in appliance repair. Background in plumbing and HVAC design. Familiarity with schematics and equipment repair. Previous field service experience as a service technician. Valid driver's license with van driving experience. Knowledge of ammonia refrigeration and air conditioning systems.
