Duties Prepare and assemble food items efficiently following established recipes and safety standards Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling Provide friendly customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance sales Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, sanitizing workstations, and adhering to food safety regulations Assist with food handling, packaging, and serving to ensure quick service delivery in a fast-food environment Manage time effectively during peak hours to ensure prompt service and customer satisfaction Support inventory management through proper food storage, rotation, and sanitation practices Experience Previous experience in food preparation or food service roles is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key! Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Experience in quick service or fast-food restaurants will help you excel in this energetic environment Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math understanding, and accurate order processing are essential Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques is highly valued Restaurant experience or background working in the food industry will support your success in this role Strong time management skills combined with excellent customer service abilities will help you thrive as part of our team
