Job Summary Join our vibrant team as a Snack/Raspa Stand Team Member and bring joy to our customers with refreshing treats and exceptional service! In this lively role, you'll be the friendly face behind the stand, preparing delicious snacks and icy raspa drinks while creating a fun, welcoming environment. Your enthusiasm and quick service skills will help ensure every guest leaves with a smile. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your food industry experience while engaging with a diverse community of customers. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of snacks, including raspa drinks, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process sales accurately and efficiently. Handle cash transactions, perform cashiering duties, and manage cash handling with precision. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the stand, adhering to food safety and sanitation protocols at all times. Upsell products to maximize sales opportunities while providing excellent customer service. Assist with food preparation, including portioning, packaging, and maintaining inventory levels. Support food handling procedures, including proper storage, labeling, and food safety practices. Engage with customers in a friendly manner, answer questions about products, and ensure a positive experience. Requirements Previous experience in food preparation or food service environments such as quick service or fast food restaurants is preferred. Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus. Strong time management skills to handle high-volume periods efficiently. Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and energetic approach. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and accurate transaction processing. Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures. Experience working in a retail or grocery store environment is advantageous. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as bussing tables or cleaning stations.
