What you will be doing Performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical and electrical systems Installing and upgrading machinery to support production efficiency and safety Wiring multi-phase electrical systems and TIG aluminum welding Collaborating with teams to minimize downtime and maintain production flow Maintaining accurate records and following safety protocols What we are looking for 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience Ability to wire multi-phase electrical systems and TIG aluminum welding experience Comfortable working in a food manufacturing environment Stable work history U.S. citizen or Green Card holder residing within 45 minutes of the job location Strong plus (not required): PLC programming or troubleshooting experience
