- Assist in all facets of the fabrication/upfit process for specialty vehicles and trailers including: Upfit and installation of specialty vehicle and trailer equipment Sheeting interior and exterior surfaces Cabinetry Electrical Plumbing Lighting Air Conditioning Flooring Walls
- Maintain equipment; making repairs or modifications as necessary or notify management of needs.
- Trim, file, grind, deburr and clean surfaces or joints of assembled or welded parts.
- Set up and safely operate hand and power tools
- Operate or learn to operate a forklift and man lift
- Work with Purchasing on inspecting, receiving, warehousing, and dispersing incoming goods
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, help with general shop cleanup
- Other duties as assigned by the manager
