Workplace Associate

Job Description The Workplace Operations Associate is a position for a self-starter who must be extremely thorough, who possess outstanding communication skills and demonstrates diligence and devotion throughout the entire coordination process through task and project completion. It is imperative for this individual to have outstanding customer service skills and the ability to provide customers with quick solutions and ensure requests are completed in a timely manner. This individual must be able to perform "hands on" tasks such as furniture assembly and moving boxes/large items throughout the facility. Responsibilities Workstation setup and breakdown Event setup and breakdown Daily walkthroughs (Checking Common Spaces and Furniture Resetting) New Hire Setups IT Inventory (Monitors, mice, Keyboards) Ad-Hoc Requests (desktop setup, relocation) Furniture Assembly and Installation Temp signage placement Cable Management Forklift Utilization General ticket request Reports Cleanliness issues Expected Pay Rate is $32.00/hr We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
