Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Woodworker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for woodworking and possess the ability to create high-quality wooden structures and fixtures. This role involves working with various materials and tools to fabricate, assemble, and install wooden components for a range of projects, including remodeling and fixture assembly. The Woodworker will play a crucial role in ensuring that all projects meet our high standards of craftsmanship and quality. Responsibilities Fabricate and assemble wooden structures, including bars, bar backs , furniture, and fixtures. Participate in designing custom pieces or following blueprints to create specific furniture items. Install fixtures as per project specifications, ensuring precision and attention to detail. Assemble furniture, add fasteners, and apply finishes like stains, paints, and lacquers. Collaborate with other tradespeople on-site including: painters, and inventory preps Restore and repair existing wooden furniture Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Utilize various woodworking tools and machinery safely and effectively Experience Proven experience in woodworking or related fields is preferred. Familiarity with fixture installation techniques is highly desirable Experience operating various woodworking machines like saws, planers, shapers, routers, and sanders. Experience using hand tools for trimming, assembling, and fine-tuning pieces.
