DOE EMPLOYEE OWNER POSITION PURPOSE
We are seeking an experienced and dependable Commercial General Repair Technician II with strong general construction skills and expertise in drywall repair and finishing. This role focuses on maintaining and repairing commercial properties, ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform drywall repairs, patching, taping, texturing, and finishing on commercial interiors. Conduct general construction and maintenance tasks, including light carpentry, painting, basic framing, and minor plumbing or electrical work. Inspect job sites and assess repair needs for accuracy and completeness before and after work completion. Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols and company policies. Communicate effectively with supervisors, coworkers, and clients to ensure project requirements are met on time. Use hand and power tools safely and maintain them in good working condition. Organized to keep and provide records (pictures, sign offs & receipts) Honest, punctual and hardworking Clean driving record and a reliable truck and basic tools (company provides tools as well) We strive to build long-term relationships with our employee owners. QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma (or equivalent)
SPECIAL POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Must have and maintain a valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and driving record in compliance with Company policy Must have reliable Transportation and tools
SCHEDULE
