This role is ideal for someone who is confident in their skills, works independently, and takes pride in clean, high-quality installs. Responsibilities Install vehicle wraps, decals, and vinyl graphics with precision and attention to detail Properly prepare vehicles prior to installation, including thorough cleaning and surface prep to ensure vehicles are completely clean before wrapping Work efficiently and independently with minimal supervision Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas Follow shop standards, timelines, and job specifications Handle materials and vehicles with care and professionalism Pay Structure Performance-based pay (not hourly) Compensation is calculated per job based on the type of vehicle and scope of work Details discussed during the interview Requirements Prior vehicle wrap installation experience (required) Ability to complete installs independently without supervision Strong discipline, punctuality, and sense of responsibility Reliable transportation Comfortable working flexible hours within the shop schedule What We're Looking For Detail-oriented and quality-driven Dependable and respectful of deadlines Professional attitude and strong work ethic Someone who treats vehicles as if they were their own Nice to Have (Not Required) Experience with different vehicle types (sedans, SUVs, vans, etc.) Knowledge of vinyl brands and wrap materials
