Client Care Technician, Miami - Design District Rimowa - 3.3 Miami, FL Job Details Full-time 1 day ago Qualifications Computer literacy Full Job Description Position The Client Care Technician serves clients by performing repairs and troubleshooting any problems that arise with damaged luggage. Job responsibilities Inspect used and returned products to determine the requirement for repair. Repair or replace defective or worn-out parts and components using hand, power, or specially designed tools Test and adjust repaired products for proper functioning as per company standards Determine estimates for repair cost on used and returned products regarding both labor and material required Inspect new products to determine manufacturers' defect or shipping damage to communicate to necessary parties Operate computerized inventory record keeping and re-ordering systems for internal and external tracking of the service & repair department needs, stock supplies and requests Assist Head Technician on training of CC Technician Trainee and/or store employees Load, unload and move materials either manually or with hand operated equipment May perform other material handling activities such as counting, weighing, sorting, packing and unpacking for the service & repair department requirements Ensure that standards for safe working conditions are observed per OSHA regulations Responsible of daily cleaning of work areas and equipment Profile We would like to speak to professionals who possess at least two years' experience in a manufacturing/technical environment with hands on experience using small hand tools.
