Full-Time Job Description The Closet Lab is looking for motivated and reliable Installers and Helpers to join our growing team. We specialize in custom closets, cabinetry, and home organization solutions throughout South Florida. This position is ideal for individuals with experience in cabinetry, carpentry, millwork, furniture assembly, or general installation work. We are also willing to train hardworking candidates with a strong work ethic and a desire to learn. Responsibilities Install custom closets, cabinets, and storage systems Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting materials Read and follow installation plans and measurements Operate hand and power tools safely Maintain a clean and organized job site Provide professional customer service during installations Work efficiently as part of a team to complete projects on schedule Requirements Previous cabinetry, carpentry, woodworking, or installation experience preferred Ability to use basic hand and power tools Strong attention to detail Ability to lift and carry materials as needed Reliable transportation and punctuality Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work in residential and commercial environments What We Offer Full-time employment Competitive pay Bi-weekly payroll Growth and advancement opportunities Stable, year-round work Professional and supportive team environment
