Job Description

Seaboard Holdings LLC is looking for a reliable and hardworking Finish Helper to join our cabinet shop team. This position focuses on preparing cabinets and wood components for finishing and painting.
Responsibilities:
Sand cabinets, doors, drawer fronts, and wood components Clean and prepare surfaces for stain, paint, and clear finishes Fill imperfections and perform detail prep work Mask and protect surfaces as needed Assist finishers with material handling and shop organization Maintain a clean and safe work area
Requirements:
Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Attention to detail and quality workmanship Experience with sanding, woodworking, cabinetry, or painting prep is a plus but not required Dependable transportation and punctuality
