Our team combines creativity, design expertise, and logistical precision to deliver a seamless staging experience for agents, sellers, and builders. Position Overview We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Home Stager to join our team. This role is perfect for someone with a strong eye for design, a passion for creating inviting spaces, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. You'll be responsible for staging homes using our inventory of furniture and décor, working closely with the other stagers, logistics team, and clients to bring each project to life. Key Responsibilities
  • Select, pack, and prepare décor and pillows for staging projects
  • Load and unload company vehicles for job site deliveries and pickups
  • Complete all required paperwork accurately and on time
  • Coordinate logistics to support the design team's staging plan
  • Ensure all furniture is clean, well-maintained, and ready for use
  • Manage and create engaging social media posts to showcase our work
  • Maintain clear, timely communication with the office team regarding property arrivals and departures
  • Organize the soft goods bay at the end of each workday
  • Iron bedding, bed skirts, and other textiles to presentation standard
  • Approach all tasks with a positive, solutions-focused attitude
  • Adapt to changing schedules and priorities as needed
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve staging goals
  • Share observations, improvement ideas, or opportunities with management
