Furniture Installation Technician Trainee

The successful candidate must be willing to learn the Commercial Furniture Industry. Which consist of but not limited to Installing, reconfiguring, relocating, tearing down commercial furniture, unloading & loading trucks. As well as moving commercial product/furniture from one location to another (must be able to lift at least 75lbs), building up system furniture, delivering case goods & miscellaneous product as well as servicing existing & new product and all other duties directed by superiors. Must be willing to travel to multiple locations mainly in the Metro Atlanta Area. The successful candidate must have reliable transportation (e.g. own a personal vehicle), the capacity to learn to read blueprints & site drawings and possess some installation tools. The successful candidate must also possess the ability to follow instructions, work in a team environment, take directions, meet deadlines, exhibit strong moral character & self motivated. Some Minimum Tools Necessary within 30 days of hire: Cordless 14.4 Volt (or higher) Drill with a clutch, a charger and 2 batteries, bit set, box knife, screw driver set, black steel toe boots, black belt, back brace, khaki pants (a complete list will be furnished to you upon hire).
