$20-$30/hour (Based on Experience)

We specialize in vehicle wraps, fleet graphics, commercial branding, wall graphics, signage, window tint, and paint protection film. We are looking for a skilled installer who takes pride in quality workmanship, pays attention to detail, and wants to be part of a team that is constantly growing and improving. Responsibilities Install vehicle wraps, fleet graphics, decals, and printed vinyl Perform surface preparation and vehicle cleaning Install window graphics, wall graphics, and signage Safely use ladders, lifts, and installation tools Work independently and as part of a team Maintain a clean and organized work area Ensure projects meet Tier One quality standards Preferred Qualifications 2+ years of vinyl installation experience preferred Experience with vehicle wraps, fleet graphics, signs, tint, or PPF Strong attention to detail Ability to work efficiently without sacrificing quality Valid driver's license Positive attitude and strong work ethic Bonus Qualifications Avery, 3M, or Lowen Certifications Commercial fleet wrap experience Experience operating lifts and equipment Design or production experience What We're Looking For We're not just looking for someone who can install vinyl. We're looking for someone who wants to grow with the company, help build systems, and take pride in producing some of the best wrap work in the Midwest.
