Primary Job Functions Repairs with little guidance on all product types. Completes all repair types of entry level with additional skills requirements. Performs minor repair on top of surface of case pieces and tables. Performs solid color paper/side refinishes. Performs small corner damages that requires rebuild. Has general understanding of spray booth set up and use. Performs advance replacement part repairs. Communicates any maintenance of tools, parts and hardware needed as well as keeping repair area/shop clean. Help to inspect damaged products and conveys if they can be repaired to like new conditions. Works with warehouse personnel on techniques of minor touch up on products during the inspection process. Documents and follows through on recurring product damages. Assist other technicians. Accurately reports situations that occur when repairs cannot be completed. Must be able to assess damages to determine the most efficient way to repair them. Identifies damage, loss or surplus of goods and materials stored in the warehouse. Demonstrate the Company's Core and Growth Values in the performance of all job functions. Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas. Maintains proper safety usage of all products that are used within the department. Maintain a clean and organized service vehicle, including maintaining required repair materials and supplies. Adhere to driving policy for company vehicles, including meeting annual MVR review requirements. Follow the planned route to ensure on-time arrival for Customer repairs. Safe operation of hand and power hand tools, especially drills, impact drivers, and multi-tools. Complete bench testing evaluations for regular validation of skills.
