Job Description

The University of Louisiana Monroe is seeking a Maintenance Repairer 1 to join our team. This position plays a vital role in supporting campus operations. Why Work at ULM? One year of experience or training in the building construction trades, building maintenance, maintenance or repair of mechanical equipment, or park operations and grounds maintenance; OR Six semester hours in construction management, construction technology, or engineering, or any combination of these courses. Job Duties:
Maintenance and repairs to buildings, facilities, and furniture which includes the assembling of furniture, cabinets, shelves, etc., installation of furniture where designated, and minor repair to furniture if damaged. Maintenance to buildings which includes the pickup and delivery of surplus property. Setup and maintenance of equipment to include the setup and teardown of stages. Setup and maintenance of equipment to include the setup of tents.
