Alpha Contractors LLC is hiring four skilled renovation technicians for immediate multifamily apartment work in Natchitoches, Louisiana. This is project-based W-2 employment with full-time hours during active releases and the potential for continuing work based on performance and project volume. We are hiring across these specialties:

• Interior painting and cabinet refinishing
• Drywall repair, finishing and texture matching
• LVP flooring installation
• Finish carpentry, baseboards and trim
• Backsplash installation
• Fixture and appliance installation
• General multifamily renovation and handyman work Applicants do not need to perform every trade, but must be independently skilled in at least one listed specialty and willing to assist the production team when their primary scope is complete. Responsibilities
• Complete assigned renovation work to written scope and quality standards
• Prepare surfaces, measure accurately and use trade tools safely
• Identify hidden damage or work outside the approved scope before proceeding
• Maintain clean, protected work areas
• Submit required before-and-after photos
• Correct reasonable punch-list items promptly
• Communicate progress, delays and material needs to the site lead Requirements
• At least 2 years of verifiable professional experience in a listed skilled trade
• Reliable transportation to Natchitoches-area jobsites
• Dependable attendance and communication
• Ability to work safely around ladders, tools, dust and construction materials
• Ability to pass property-access or background requirements when required
• Photos, references or a work history demonstrating trade skill
• Immediate or near-immediate availability preferred Pay is $20
• 25 per hour based on verified skill, production ability and leadership experience.
