Scheduling Requirements:

We're looking for candidate's that have availability to work Monday thru Saturday. Working Saturdays is a requirement. (No exceptions)• Full Time position (5 day work week•one (1) rotating day off given weekly + Sunday) with NO experience necessary, we'll train you!!•

Job Description:

Candidate will assist the Crew Chief during each cleaning to provide quality carpet, air duct, tile & grout and upholstery cleaning and related services. This person will be responsible for maintaining excellent relationships with the customer, ensuring cleaning service satisfaction and provide information to customers about other Stanley Steemer products and services. When ready can transition to a Crew Lead.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Candidate must be available to work day shift: Monday to Saturday (7:oo am sharp start time) (5 day work week•one (1) rotating day off given weekly + Sunday) .•Assist the Crew Chief in all duties necessary to provide quality service. Set up the van at the job site using the proper set-up procedures. Block and pad furniture. Productively and safely move furniture to prepare the home for cleaning. Assist in cleaning when Crew Chief is performing other job responsibilities. Apply protection and deodorizers; or agents and color seal to carpet and furniture or tile and grout. Drive company vehicle as needed. Wipe all baseboards. Finish out carpeting (rake) after cleaning and other services. Account for and return all cleaning tools and cleaning agents, hoses, solutions, etc. to the truck before departure from the customer's home. Clean vehicle at end of each day. Ensure Proper inventory of blocks, pads, spotting agents and retail items on truck. Assist in backing of van using proper backing procedure Inform customers about and sell retail items. Uphold all company safety policies. Uphold all company policies and procedures. Other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

No experience necessary, we will train you! Valid, US driver's license Clean, not necessarily perfect driving record Self-Motivated Able to move/lift/push/pull/carry an average of 50lbs.
