Job Description
About the Role As a Final Mile Delivery and Installation Specialist, you will be responsible for providing premium white-glove service by transporting and assembling high-end consumer goods directly in customers' homes. You will play a vital role in ensuring brand satisfaction by executing efficient, professional, and careful delivery operations. Responsibilities Execute daily delivery routes using a 26' box truck to transport furniture and home goods. Perform professional in-home assembly, ranging from basic furniture setup to complex bed and shelving construction. Ensure the highest level of customer care during every interaction to maintain service excellence. Operate as part of a two-person team to safely maneuver, unload, and install items. Utilize lift gate equipment to facilitate the secure loading and unloading of heavy inventory. Maintain accurate delivery documentation and adhere to all safety and operational protocols. Qualifications Required Skills Must own or operate a 26' box truck equipped with a lift gate. Must possess a valid EIN and maintain necessary commercial insurance coverage. Active DOT and MC authority. Ability to pass comprehensive background checks, drug screenings, and MVR reviews for all team members. Preferred Skills 1+ years of experience in final mile delivery and home goods installation. Proven track record in white-glove service environments. Strong mechanical aptitude for furniture assembly and repair.
