Inspect incoming wooden pallets to determine repair needs and quality requirements Repair, rebuild, and refurbish pallets using nail guns, saws, pry bars, and other pneumatic or power tools Remove damaged boards and replace components to bring pallets up to grade Stack, sort, and organize finished pallets according to size, style, and quality specifications Rotate between designated workstations (tear-down, repair, build-up, sorting, stacking) based on daily production needs Maintain a clean and safe work area and follow all company safety procedures Meet or exceed daily productivity and quality standards Communicate any equipment issues or material shortages to supervisors Assist team members with workflow requirements to support overall production Perform other warehouse or production duties as assigned
Requirements:
Previous experience in pallet repair, construction, warehouse, or production preferred—but not required Ability to safely use pneumatic nail guns, saws, and hand tools Comfortable working in a fast-paced, labor-intensive environment Ability to lift 50-75 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift Strong attention to detail and quality Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
