In this dynamic role, you will be the face of our company, delivering products to customers' homes and ensuring each item is installed correctly, safely, and efficiently. Your expertise will help create positive experiences for our clients by providing exceptional service, troubleshooting issues on-site, and ensuring all installations meet quality standards. Responsibilities Safely operate company vehicles to deliver furniture and appliances to customer locations, adhering to all traffic laws and safety protocols. Unload deliveries carefully, inspect items for damage or defects, and verify accuracy against delivery manifests. Install furniture, appliances, and related equipment following schematics, technical manuals, and installation instructions. Use hand tools, power tools, ladders, and other equipment to assemble and secure products according to manufacturer specifications. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, plumbing, or refrigeration issues that may arise during installation or post-installation service calls. Conduct basic appliance repairs or adjustments as needed to ensure proper operation before customer handover. Provide outstanding customer service by communicating clearly with clients about installation procedures, answering questions, and addressing concerns professionally. Maintain detailed records of each delivery and installation, including any issues encountered or repairs performed. Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure safety and efficiency during daily operations. Qualifications Proven experience with appliance delivery and install , furniture assembly, or field service installation preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret schematics and technical diagrams. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, ladders, and other equipment necessary for installation tasks. Valid Drivers license Class E in Missouri or C if KS. Valid DOT med card or able to obtain one asap. Must pass drug screen and Background check along with Clean MVR if Driver position and not helper be in compliance with warehouse. Ability to operate company vehicles safely and responsibly; valid driver's license required. Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude and clear communication abilities. Experience with maintenance, repair & operations (MRO), equipment troubleshooting, and appliance installation is advantageous. Familiarity with electrical experience or service technician roles enhances your suitability for this position.
