Build furniture you're proud to put your name on. Simply Tables builds high-end custom furniture for restaurants, hotels, and hospitality spaces across the country. We specialize in hardwood tables, but our work also includes metal fabrication, terrazzo, and other custom furniture projects. We're looking for someone with strong character, professional spray finishing experience, and a solid woodworking background. This isn't an entry-level position. We're looking for someone who enjoys craftsmanship, takes ownership of their work, and wants to be part of a growing company. Your Primary Responsibility Own the finishing process. The quality of our finish is one of the first things customers notice. We're looking for someone who takes pride in producing beautiful, consistent finishes and treats the spray booth like it's their responsibility. Spraying won't fill every hour of every day, so when the finishing work is caught up, you'll jump into woodworking and help wherever you're needed to keep production moving. What You'll Do Own the spray finishing process from prep through final finish Prepare surfaces by sanding, inspecting, and making sure every piece is ready for finish Build and assemble custom hardwood furniture Operate orbital sanders, wide belt sanders, and other woodworking equipment Read and build from shop drawings Help with assembly, woodworking, and other production tasks as priorities change Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area What We're Looking ForRequired 3-5+ years of woodworking, furniture, finishing, or fabrication experience Professional spray finishing experience Woodworking experience (hardwood preferred) Experience with orbital sanding and surface preparation Ability to read shop drawings Strong mechanical aptitude The Right Person...
