Job Description

As a Composite Shop Helper, your primary role will involve supporting composite technicians in the fabrication of high-quality carbon fiber and composite parts. This encompasses a variety of tasks, including mold preparation, organizing materials and tools, applying release agents, cleaning completed products, performing maintenance, operating equipment and more.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Excellent attendance, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to learning and growth Basic cleanliness and attention to detail Manual dexterity and the ability to stand for extended periods Capability to lift, carry, and stack items on carts and pallets Ability to work independently and collaboratively while managing time efficiently
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION REQUIRED
A high school diploma or equivalent is necessary. Candidates must be able to read, write, and speak English; knowledge of Spanish is a plus. You should be able to perform all assigned duties satisfactorily while upholding high standards of integrity and professionalism. This position is ideal for dedicated individuals seeking long-term employment. If you are a job-hopper or only looking for seasonal work, this is not the right fit for you. Do not apply if you are: lazy, cannot show up for work, have personal baggage, have alcohol or drug problems, not a team player, and cannot work unsupervised. Experience with composites is preferred but not mandatory. Compensation will be based on experience.
HOURS OF WORK
Full-time Monday through Thursday 7:00am-5:30pm. Performance reviews after 30-60-90 days. •Must live within a 20 mile radius of Troy, MO. • Applicants who do not submit a resume will not be considered.
