As a Composite Shop Helper, your primary role will involve supporting composite technicians in the fabrication of high-quality carbon fiber and composite parts. This encompasses a variety of tasks, including mold preparation, organizing materials and tools, applying release agents, cleaning completed products, performing maintenance, operating equipment and more.

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION REQUIRED

A high school diploma or equivalent is necessary. Candidates must be able to read, write, and speak English; knowledge of Spanish is a plus. You should be able to perform all assigned duties satisfactorily while upholding high standards of integrity and professionalism. HOURS OF WORK

Full-time Monday through Thursday 7:00am-5:30pm. Performance reviews after 30-60-90 days. •Must live within a 20 mile radius of Troy, MO. • Applicants who do not submit a resume will not be considered.
