Full-time Position Summary:

Ensures that each piece has been built correctly according to ticket and that each piece is properly deluxed (steamed, strings clipped, etc.).

Position Responsibilities:

Check ticket to ensure options are correct. Deluxe piece to quality specifications. Secure all dock labels, hang tags, cleaning codes, etc. Ensure all backs, cushions, pillows are filled correctly. Inspect all finish wood for defects. Pushes frames to and from work station. Maintains neat and orderly work station. Must monitor "out of flow" pieces and actively manage to resolve and return to production. Wears required safety glasses and work shoes; works safely and reports unsafe conditions to Dept. Supervisor. Performs daily stretching exercises. Performs other duties as required by supervisor.

Essential Skills and Experience:

Must be knowledgeable in upholstery methods. English is required to read tickets and job notes. Valued but not
