Our growing lifestyle real estate business partners with builders and developers to furnish model homes, multifamily communities, senior living spaces, student residences, and other residential environments. Our installation team plays a key role in bringing these designs to life. The Opportunity We're looking for a Lead Furniture Installer who enjoys working with their hands, being on the move, and seeing a project come together from start to finish. You'll travel to project locations, work alongside our design and installation teams, and help transform an empty space into a fully furnished environment. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in furniture delivery, moving, installation, or construction who takes pride in quality work and wants to grow with a team. What You'll Do Drive company vehicles to transport furniture and décor to project locations. Lead and assist with furniture deliveries and installations. Set up furniture, artwork, lighting, and accessories according to design plans. Safely load, unload, move, and position furniture and materials. Help coordinate installation activities and keep projects on schedule. Maintain accurate inventory of furniture and accessories. Keep vehicles, tools, and work areas clean and organized. Work closely with designers, installers, and other team members to ensure projects are completed professionally. Travel to project locations as needed. What We're Looking For You don't need to have a background in interior design. We're looking for someone who is: Reliable and dependable Comfortable working in a physically active environment Able to safely lift and move up to 50 lbs. Organized and attentive to detail Comfortable leading and working as part of a team Willing to travel for projects A strong communicator with a positive, can-do attitude
