Position Summary We are an Interior Design Firm that provides merchandising services for Builders and Developers in their new model homes. We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Lead Installer to support furniture deliveries and installations across multiple locations. This is a physically active, hands-on role that requires attention to detail, organization, and the ability to travel. Key Responsibilities Drive company vehicles to transport furniture, artwork, lamps, and accessories Install furniture and décor items in model homes according to design layouts Load, unload, and safely carry heavy furniture and materials Maintain accurate inventory of furniture packages, accessories, and materials Ensure all installations are completed carefully, efficiently, and professionally Keep vehicles, tools, and job sites clean and organized Communicate effectively with team members during installations and travel Qualifications & Requirements Valid driver's license (required) DOT physical Test Ability to handle a physically demanding workload, including lifting and carrying heavy items Must be able to travel as required Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Prior experience in furniture installation, delivery, moving, or similar work is a plus, but not required Work Schedule Monday through Friday No weekend hours

$21.50 - $24.50 per hour
