Job Description
Fabrication Technician - 1st Shift Hildebran, NC Are you experienced in fabrication, or woodworking manufacturing? We're looking for a Fabrication Technician to join our 1st Shift team in Hildebran, NC. If you take pride in producing high-quality work, have an eye for detail, and enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, we'd love to hear from you! What You'll Do As a Fabrication Technician, you'll play a key role in producing high-quality finished products by: Reading blueprints, drawings, and production routings to understand product specifications. Applying glue, spray adhesive, stains, toners, dyes, and polyurethane finishes using spray equipment. Sanding, tacking, and preparing surfaces between finish applications. Inspecting finished products, identifying defects, and performing touch-ups as needed. Operating and maintaining spray guns, sanding equipment, and finishing tools. Cleaning and performing basic maintenance on finishing equipment. Following quality standards, safety procedures, and lean manufacturing practices. Working collaboratively with your team to meet daily production goals. Supporting other departments through cross-training as needed. What We're Looking For ? Previous finishing, spray adhesive, spray painting, cabinet finishing, furniture finishing, or woodworking manufacturing experience required ? Experience using spray guns, air sanders, and finishing equipment ? Ability to read work instructions, drawings, and production documents ? Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality ? Ability to work safely with paints, stains, coatings, and related materials ? Good communication and teamwork skills ?
