Job Description

Overview:
Spring up is responsible for adding all spring, coils, webbing, nails and strings required for each furniture piece. This position will be working with a mix of chair and sofa frames.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Understand correct placement of parts Applies and fastens; coil springs, nails and strings Must learn how to read a SPEC sheet Utilize power tools to clip, tie and/or staple components Lift, push and pull furniture frames as needed Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Ideal candidate has previous experience in spring up High degree of accuracy, attention to detail and confidentiality Effective verbal, listening, and written communication skills Demonstrates a sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines Effective organizational, stress and time management skills Results and deadline-oriented, ability to prioritize and multitask Thrives in a changing and dynamic environment
Physical Requirements:
Able to lift up to 50 pounds Prolonged periods of standing, bending and reaching Regularly use hands and fingers to handle, control or feel objects This is a production position not hourly
