Job Description

Furniture Installer / Installation Technician The primary purpose of this role is to support the delivery, assembly, and installation of commercial office furniture and workplace solutions. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in quality craftsmanship, and is eager to grow within the commercial interiors industry. The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism, reliability, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn new skills. Team members in this role will gain valuable experience working with office systems furniture, casegoods, and installation processes in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Assemble and install office furniture, fixtures, and related workplace products Load and unload materials, tools, and furniture safely and efficiently Inspect products for accuracy and quality prior to installation Prepare job sites before installation and ensure clean-up is completed afterward Read delivery paperwork, product labels, installation drawings, and layout specifications Maintain professional communication with customers, coworkers, and project teams Follow company safety standards, dress code expectations, and installation procedures Use problem-solving skills and initiative while working both independently and as part of a team Qualifications Previous experience in furniture installation, construction, moving, or other hands-on mechanical work preferred Experience with systems office furniture is a plus, but not required Ability to interpret blueprints, floor plans, and installation instructions Must own or be able to obtain a complete basic tool set Ability to frequently lift, move, and carry up to 80 lbs Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record required Positive attitude, dependable attendance, and customer-focused mindset Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) with company match opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO) Maternity & Paternity Leave Commitment to Work / Life Balance Opportunities for growth and skill development within the organization
