Role:
Join Innovative Machine as a General Shop Laborer in Winchester, NH, where you will play a crucial role in our dynamic manufacturing environment. This position offers a hands-on opportunity to contribute to exciting projects while working alongside a dedicated team of professionals. No previous experience required, just a willingness to learn and work.
Responsibilities:
Assist with the assembly and fabrication of various machine components. Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of shop equipment and tools. Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment. Support skilled tradespeople in daily tasks and projects. Organize and maintain inventory of materials and supplies. Load and unload materials and products as needed. Participate in team meetings to discuss project progress and challenges. Adhere to quality control standards and ensure work meets specifications.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in a manufacturing or shop environment is a plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks. Basic understanding of hand tools and shop equipment. Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential.
