Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Production Pattern Maker and Cutter specializing in furniture manufacturing to join our team. If you have a strong eye for detail, multitask oriented, deep knowledge of upholstery materials, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities Pattern Development:
Develop accurate first patterns and production patterns directly from furniture frames and shop drawings.
Cutting Operations:
Cut first samples and production lots using manual cutting machines, ensuring optimal material yield and precision.
Material Management:
Account for fill type, fabric/material stretch, pattern/ flow matching, and various upholstery textiles during the drafting and cutting process.
Quality Control:
Inspect cut pieces for accuracy against specifications and collaborate with the production team to ensure seamless assembly.
Qualifications & Requirements Technical Skills:
Proficiency in upholstery pattern drafting and furniture construction. SAble to operate manual cutting machines and tools. Excellent measuring skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Drawings:
Ability to accurately read, interpret, and work from shop drawings and technical specifications of furniture.
Languages:
