We are seeking a dynamic Part Time or Full Time Traveling Furniture Service Technician to join our team! In this role, you will travel to client locations to perform furniture repairs, assembly, and maintenance, ensuring every piece meets our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Travel to customer locations across designated regions to perform furniture repairs, assembly, and touch-ups. Use hand tools, power tools and other equipment to fix or restore furniture pieces. Disassemble and reassemble furniture components with precision and care. Perform part installation and/or repairs when necessary to repair or refurbish furniture up to manufacturer specs. Ensure all repairs meet company standards for quality, durability, and appearance. Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide professional service. Maintain detailed records of work performed, parts used, and time spent on each job. Requirements Proven experience with hand tools, power tools and use of cleaning equipment. Knowledge of sewing techniques and upholstery repair is required. Background in furniture manufacturing or restoration is desirable but not required. Ability to work independently while managing travel schedules efficiently. Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail in assembly and repair tasks. Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members. Valid driver's license and clean driving record and reliable transportation for travel purposes.
