In this role, you will support the lead stager in preparing and presenting properties to maximize their appeal to potential buyers. Responsibilities Assist the lead stager in executing home staging projects, ensuring each property is styled according to company standards. Manage inventory by organizing, maintaining, and tracking staging furniture, decor, and accessories. Help destage properties efficiently following company guidelines when a property is sold. Support with setup and teardown of staging elements at various properties. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of staging projects. Maintain a clean and safe work environment during all staging activities. Qualifications Prior experience in home staging, interior design, or related fields is preferred but not required; a strong willingness to learn is essential. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Strong communication skills and a professional attitude. Physical ability to handle lifting, moving furniture, and standing for extended periods. Reliable transportation is advantageous for traveling between properties.
