In this role, you'll help implement staging plans by moving furniture, placing décor, and ensuring each home is photo-ready. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, follows direction well, and takes pride in creating clean, organized, and polished spaces. This role includes driving our company box truck or rental trucks to and from project sites, so a valid driver's license and comfort operating larger vehicles is required. This position offers on-the-job training with opportunities to grow into more advanced responsibilities over time. Design + Styling Support Assist Stagers in implementing staging plans that highlight the best features of each property Help arrange furniture, artwork, and accessories to create warm, cohesive, and market-ready spaces Ensure all staging elements are clean, presentable, and meet Ashworth Home's quality standards Support end-of-day styling tasks such as fluffing pillows, steaming linens, and final walk-throughs Project Setup + Breakdown Help with loading and unloading furniture and accessories at staging locations Assist in the setup and breakdown of staging projects, following direction to maintain consistency and efficiency Keep staging areas clean and organized throughout the install process Take direction from the Lead Stager and be a hands-on team player during fast-paced staging days Inventory Support Assist with packing, unpacking, and placing inventory during installations and de-stages Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of warehouse and staging vehicles Report any damaged or missing items to the Staging Manager promptly Qualifications Interest or background in home staging, interior design, or visual merchandising is a plus Strong eye for design and attention to detail Positive attitude and ability to take direction and work in a fast-paced environment Able to lift, carry, and move furniture and decor items (up to 50 lbs) Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Professional, punctual, and dependable Comfortable working both independently and with a team
