Job Description

ALL-STARS ONLY
We're looking for an experienced Traveling Lead Commercial Installer to help lead commercial installation projects across the United States. Pay is $350 per day but significantly more can be earned if you take on full projects. This isn't basic furniture assembly. Our work includes Chick-fil-A remodels, hotel cabinetry and millwork, commercial furniture, retail fixtures, restaurant seating, and other finish construction work. Every project is different, so we're looking for someone who can solve problems, work with precision, and lead by example. You'll work alongside a crew while leading 2-4 installers, training newer team members, and making sure the job is completed the right way. What we're looking for: Commercial construction, carpentry, millwork, or FF&E installation experience Strong leadership and communication skills Excellent attention to detail Professional tools and reliable transportation Willingness to travel throughout the U.S.
Compensation:
$350-$600+ per day based on experience and project complexity 1099 independent contractor Project-based work with long-term opportunities for the right person When you apply, tell us about the most challenging project you've completed, the largest crew you've led, and include a few photos of your work if possible. We're not looking for the most applicants, we're looking for the right one.
