Vinyl Technician Confidential Oklahoma City, OK Job Details Full-time $27 - $40 an hour 13 hours ago Benefits Paid time off Qualifications Attention to detail Quality issues Visual inspection for quality control Commercial vehicle Full Job Description Vinyl Technician - Vehicle Wraps & Graphics Overview Join the Wrapt team as a Vinyl Technician , where you'll be responsible for installing high-quality commercial vehicle wraps, fleet graphics, decals, and other vinyl applications. This is a hands-on installation position for someone who already has professional vinyl and vehicle wrap experience. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has a strong eye for detail, and can consistently deliver clean, professional installs while keeping projects moving on schedule. Duties Install full and partial vehicle wraps, commercial fleet graphics, decals, and spot graphics. Properly prep and clean vehicle surfaces prior to installation. Remove existing vinyl, decals, and graphics when needed. Disassemble and reassemble basic vehicle components such as handles, mirrors, lights, trim, and emblems when necessary for installation. Apply, trim, tuck, and finish vinyl cleanly and accurately. Work with different types of vehicles, including cars, trucks, vans, trailers, and commercial fleet vehicles. Inspect completed installations for quality and correct any issues before the vehicle leaves the shop. Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean and organized installation area. Work efficiently to complete installations according to scheduled timelines. Occasionally assist with off-site and large fleet installation projects. Work closely with the rest of the team to ensure jobs are completed accurately and on time. Experience Previous professional vehicle wrap or vinyl installation experience is required. Experience installing full and partial vehicle wraps, commercial graphics, decals, or similar vinyl applications. Ability to confidently apply, position, trim, tuck, and finish vinyl without damaging the vehicle. Knowledge of proper vehicle preparation and vinyl installation techniques. Experience working with common wrap films such as 3M, Avery Dennison, or similar materials. Ability to safely disassemble and reassemble basic vehicle components when necessary. Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and correct installation imperfections. Ability to work independently while also working effectively as part of a team. Dependable, organized, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced shop environment. Ability to stand for extended periods, work around vehicles, use ladders when necessary, and perform the physical tasks associated with vehicle wrap installation. This role is ideal for an experienced vinyl installer who takes pride in their craftsmanship and wants to be part of a growing commercial vehicle wrap company.
