Job Description

Home Staging Northwest Portland Metro Area, Oregon Help Transform Spaces. Inspire Buyers. Home Staging Northwest is one of the leading home staging companies in the Portland Metro area, and we're looking for a talented, detail-oriented Home Stager to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone with professional home staging or interior design experience who loves creating beautiful spaces, enjoys working as part of a team, and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves when needed. About the Role As a Home Stager, you will work closely with our Lead Stager to develop staging plans that help homes stand out in today's competitive real estate market. You'll assist with furniture and décor selection, installation and removal of staging, inventory management, and maintaining an organized warehouse environment. This is a hands-on position that combines creativity, organization, and physical activity. Responsibilities Assist the Lead Stager in developing and implementing staging plans Select furniture, artwork, accessories, and décor for staging projects Stage occupied and vacant homes to maximize appeal to potential buyers Assist with staging installations and removals Move and arrange furniture and décor items as needed Maintain organization and accuracy of warehouse inventory Help keep the warehouse clean, organized, and operating efficiently Prepare staging accessories and furnishings for upcoming projects Ensure staging inventory is properly handled and cared for Work collaboratively with warehouse, logistics, and project management teams
Qualifications Required:
Previous home staging or interior design experience Strong eye for design, color, scale, and space planning Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Ability to lift and move furniture and staging items on a regular basis
Preferred:
Interior Design degree or coursework Experience working in residential real estate or home staging Familiarity with inventory management systems and warehouse operations Physical Requirements This position requires frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, carrying, and moving furniture and décor items. Candidates should be comfortable performing physical work throughout the day and working in both warehouse and residential environments. Why Home Staging Northwest?
