As a Furniture Production team member, you'll support daily operations and help uphold our high standards of quality in every piece produced. You'll work closely with your team to ensure efficient workflows and outstanding product outcomes, playing a vital role in the success of our manufacturing process. What You'll Do As a Furniture Production Associate, you will be responsible for: Operating saw machinery to cut and process wood panels accurately. Loading and unloading materials efficiently to keep production moving. Moving racks through the facility on rollers to facilitate seamless workflow. Lifting and stacking wood onto pallets, ensuring safety and organization. Packaging and paper-wrapping finished wood panels for delivery. Sanding wood surfaces to achieve smooth finishes and meet quality standards. What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have: A high school diploma or equivalent (preferred). Experience in sanding wood, cabinet making, or similar trades (preferred but not mandatory). Strong physical endurance, capable of standing for extended periods and performing tasks involving bending, twisting, stooping, and kneeling. Ability to safely lift between 30-50 lbs consistently.
